• Viji Dilip, Founder & CEO:
    With a deep passion for bringing education and information to the print-disabled community, Viji launched the U.S. chapter of Vidyavrikshah in 2007. Now called Access Braille, she leads an organization whose vision is equal access to education for every child with visual impairment. She was the International Program Manager of Bookshare, the world’s largest online portal for the print-disabled population. Additionally, Viji has CPA and MBA degrees, and over fifteen years of experience in the financial field, working at the Skoll Foundation, Hewlett Packard and Price Waterhouse in India, and Internet startup companies in Silicon Valley. She lives in Silicon Valley with her husband, son, and daughter.
  • Rajashrie Bhasker, CFO:
    Rajashrie (Raji) Bhasker is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of international experience in Finance & Operations and currently works for Aptuit, LLC as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. Raji has worked for General Reinsurance Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, the Government of Seychelles, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chennai, India. She has a B.S. in Mathematics, an MBA, is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and also has Certified Global Management Accountant qualifications. She lives in Greenwich, CT, with her husband and 15-year-old daughter.
  • Padmaja Satyamoorthy, Secretary:

    Padmaja is a senior director of information technology, with more than 20 years of software and systems experience under her belt. She received her Master's degree in Computer Applications from Anna University in India, and has lived in Silicon Valley since 1993. Her background in strategic planning, business process reengineering and large-scale project management is immensely helpful to Access Braille. She is an active volunteer with India Literacy Project, a nonprofit that acts as a catalyst for 100% literacy in India. Her interests lie in supporting organizations that provide education to children and in applying technology solutions to effect social change.

  • Sudha Rajagopalan, Director:
    Sudha was a software professional for over 2 decades before she became visually impaired in 2008. Today, she is a role model to many people, both sighted and visually impaired, with her sense of purpose, expansive network and positive outlook. Sudha brings to the team the visual impairment perspective on our efforts and ideas. She rallies a vast network of supporters and volunteers to our cause and offers practical, effective solutions to ease our functioning. She lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and daughter.
